360 Huguenot is a mixed-income community providing top-notch residences and amenity spaces. Along with market-rate rents, 360 Huguenot offers well-appointed living spaces at economical rental rates eligible to households earning up to 80 percent of Westchester County's area median income, adjusted by household size.

Housing Action Council Document Requirements

Income Documentation

• Previous two (2) years - W2 or 1099 and Federal Tax Returns with all schedules
• Previous two (2) years - Federal Tax Return with all schedules and Profit & Loss Statement (if applicable)
• Four (4) most recent consecutive pay stubs

Financial Statements

• Three (3) months of all bank, credit union, and investment statements (all pages)
• Most recent retirement fund account statements (e.g., 403b, 401k)

Additional Documentation (if applicable)

• Proof of child and/or spousal support payments
• Proof of Social Security income, disability, or other government income (recent award letter)
